About our partner
On behalf of our partner C&A we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany) you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.
What youll be doing
- Takeendtoend ownershipof SAP authorization design implementation and lifecycle management across a complex SAP landscape includingS/4HANA Finance S/4HANA Retail SAP EWM SAP HR and SAP IDM
- Lead thedesign and continuous improvement of SAP authorization concepts ensuring security compliance and scalability in global environments
- Act as asenior advisor for SAP programs and transformations translating business and compliance requirements into robust authorization and access control solutions
- Governuser provisioning role design and access changes considering approval workflows segregation of duties (SoD) and audit requirements
- DriveSAP GRC Access Control processes including:
- Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
- Business Role Management (BRM)
- Emergency Access Management (Firefighter)
- Definition and maintenance of SoD rules and mitigation controls
- Performsecurity assessments risk analysis and root-cause troubleshootingfor authorization issues across SAP systems
- Serve as akey interface for internal controls audit and compliance teams supporting internal and external audits and remediation activities
What youll bring
- 4 years of strong hands-on experiencein SAP Authorizations preferably in large or complex SAP system landscapes
- Fluent Englishis required;German knowledgeis a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Proven expertise inSAP authorization conceptsfor at least two of the following modules:
FI FI-AA CO MM PS Retail HCMEWMwith solid experience inS/4HANA environments - Very good working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control especially SoD analysis role governance and emergency access processes
- Experience supportinglong-running SAP programs rollouts or continuous operations rather than short-term implementations
- Strong understanding ofaudit compliance and control frameworksin SAP environments (e.g. internal controls SOX-relevant environments)
- Ability to workindependently reliably and with a consultative mindset delivering high-quality results in an established team setup
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently withbusiness stakeholders IT security and auditors
