Job Summary

Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in end-to-end web development. Proficient in frontend technologies (React OR Angular) and backend frameworks (APIs SQL DB Azure). In this role youll work with the Development team by providing subject matter expertise across technology practices and tools.
This Job requires prospective candidate to report in RSM US Hyderabad office twice a week. Working hours 12:30 PM 9:30 PM India RSM US reserves right to hire

Work with Product owners and managers to understand requirements	5%
Be self-disciplined to work in Agile & Global team	5%
Produce clean efficient code based on specifications using that is deployable in Azure Cloud.	60%
Integrate applications by utilizing external applications APIs	10%
Verify and deploy programs and systems	5%
Troubleshoot debug and fix defects in existing software	10%
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting	5%

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS A bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field is often preferred. Relevant Coursework: Strong foundational knowledge in programming languages databases and web development concepts Completing recognized full stack development bootcamps can be valuable. TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS Hands-on experience on front-end UI framework like React (1st priority) OR Angular Expert level knowledge in C#.Net core design patterns Expert level knowledge micro services or SOA Knowledge of Azure SQL PostgreSQL database technologies. Knowledge on Azure service Bus Knowledge on Unit testing frameworks. Knowledge on Azure PAAS services Knowledge on APM tools like Appinsight Dynatrace Strong teamwork skills and work ethic and Ability to work in a virtual team environment. Expertise in multiple programming languages for both frontend and backend Successful completion of significant projects demonstrating end-to-end development skills Contributions to architectural decisions and the ability to design scalable and maintainable systems.	EXPERIENCE 5 years of proven experience in fullstack development Hands-on experience with front-end UI frameworks like React (1st priority) or Angular. Hands-on experience with C#.Net Core and micro services architecture using containerization technologies. Hands-on experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework etc. LEADERSHIP SKILLS Experience in team collaboration Required. Excellent written and oral presentation skills Required. Exceptional analytical and process development skills - Required. Leadership skills including the ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
