We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team in Joplin. As a General Cleaner you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across various facilities. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks in assigned areas such as offices restrooms break rooms and common areas.- Dust sweep mop vacuum and polish floors and surfaces to ensure they are free of debris and stains.- Clean and disinfect restrooms including toilets sinks mirrors and fixtures replenishing supplies as needed.- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials ensuring disposal areas are maintained.- Follow cleaning schedules and maintain a checklist of duties to ensure nothing is overlooked.- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners floor buffers and carpet cleaners safely and efficiently.- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations using protective gear and safe cleaning practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision demonstrating initiative and reliability.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings evenings and weekends if required.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
