About the Opportunity

Desort is expanding our national Dental Division and seeking a Dental Business Development Partner to drive growth across DSOs private practices and multilocation dental groups.

This role is built for a polished communicator who thrives in a performancedriven environment and excels at building longterm highvalue client partnerships. Youll represent a fastscaling recruitment brand with a strong reputation in the dental industry.

What Youll Do

• Build manage and grow a portfolio of dental clients
• Identify engage and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct outreach and pitch Desorts recruitment solutions
• Strengthen Desorts presence across DSOs and private practices
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
• Provide insights on dental hiring trends and compensation
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency

• Experience in business development sales account management or dental/healthcare staffing
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Confident with outreach negotiation and closing deals
• Organized selfdriven and able to manage multiple pipelines
• Thrives in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment

Compensation (CommissionOnly)

• Unlimited commission
• Biannual performance bonuses (twice a year)
• Recommended earnings range: $85000 $180000 annually depending on performance
• Fully remote role
• High autonomy and direct impact on division growth
