DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

• Electronic assembly including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering

• Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding SPC and Demand Flow concepts.

• Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings.

• Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess good manual dexterity and be able to read and build from procedures and prints.

• Experience in soldering and knowledge of associated tools helpful.

• Requires the ability to function as part of a team.

• Ability to read comprehend and follow procedures and processes.

• Experience in electronics manufacturing desired

• Strong communication skills in both written and oral English

• Computer literate (i.e. Windows Excel Word)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (for hourly employees) Full-time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience education location and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire schedule type and hours worked.
