Job Summary
The Opportunity:
In this role you will report to the Territory Area Manager and will work closely with the Avantors Advanced Laboratory Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.
Location: Malvern PA
Shift: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Hourly pay range: $17.00 -$21.00

What were looking for
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Previous experience in GMP sanitization pharmaceutical biotechnology or regulated manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of cGMP aseptic techniques and controlled environments strongly preferred.
Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work instructions with close attention to detail.
Comfortable with physical tasks including standing lifting pushing carts and repetitive cleaning activities.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers
Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred
Knowledge of SAP Oracle Power BI and other inventory management systems
Additional Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs

Avantors Advanced Laboratory Services team is a crucial part of the Avantor Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma pharmaceutical educational industrial and high-tech industries with customizable flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations this role you will:
Gowning & Materials Management
Assist with the delivery pickup and management of gowning and MicronSwep mop materials
Manage warehouse inventory of gowning mop heads and soiled materials.
Stock gowning racks and mop bins throughout the GMP facility.
Manage soiled gowning and mop heads at the end of the shift including proper liner placement and staging for pickup.
Transfer materials through airlocks following approved wipe-down and contact-time procedures.
Sanitization & Cleaning Operations
Prepare for daily weekly monthly semi-annual and remedial/audit cleanings by staging mops saturation bins dilutions wipes and carts.
Perform routine sanitization activities including mopping wipe-downs and floor inspections.
Ensure proper disinfectant contact time and adherence to aseptic techniques per SOPs.
Sanitize walls floors stairs stainless steel airlocks corridors and washrooms.
Operate chariots and orbital floor scrubbers including end-of-use cleaning and waste disposal.
Chemical Management
Prepare label and manage sanitization chemicals ensuring correct labeling and expiration dating.
