We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Extract Wellness a company specializing in hemp-based CBD products designed to support overall wellness. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in HR compliance and regulatory matters.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in the wellness or health industry is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
