Sales and Customer Service Advisor

What you will do:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone email and online channels.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximise revenue.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all stages of the guest journey.
• Provide knowledgeable confident advice tailored to customer needs while building strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings across accomodation dining experiences private events and banquetting conferences and meetings and golf bookings/memberships.
• Maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems.
• Work closely with Sales Events ReservationsMarketingGolf and Operations teams.
• Liaise closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Ensure all bookings meet internal policies and procedures.

What you will need:

• Previous experience in sales reservations or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Sales-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
• Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office.
