Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Services wie Systemanpassungen und -erweiterungen.

Hands-on Projekte:

Übernimm eigenverantwortlich kleinere Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

System-Support:

Stelle sicher dass unsere installierten Systeme reibungslos laufen und stehe als technischer Ansprechpartner bereit.

Cybersecurity-Profi:

Schütze Kundenanlagen mit IT-Sicherheitslösungen die Du betreust und optimierst.

Immer smarter:

Entwickle innovative Ansätze für Alarmmanagement Regler- und Prozessoptimierungen oder Batch-Konzepte.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• Technik im Blut: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung als Techniker (Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar) Hauptsache Du brennst für Technik und Innovation.

• Erfahrung: Know-how in Prozessleitsystemen und Windows-Umgebungen (Active Directory WSUS Backup Recovery AV-Management). Bonuspunkte für Kenntnisse in Yokogawa CentumVP und ProSafe-RS.

• Arbeitsweise: Strukturiert eigenständig und mit einem klaren Fokus auf Lösungen. Du denkst mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

• Englisch Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse Du fühlst Dich in beiden Sprachen wohl.

• Mindset: Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer Leidenschaft für Kundenservice Innovation und Kommunikation.

• Drive: Begeisterung Dinge voranzubringen und Herausforderungen in Chancen zu verwandeln.
