Role :

• Reviewing all Industry Standards and Client Technical Specification & Bid Technical Clarifications with respect to Oliver Valves and Oliver Twinsafe product range and manufacturing processes.

• Generate Costing BOM that do not need new drawing sketches/modifications.

• Identify new production design opportunities based on Industry Standard/Client Specification latest requirements and market demands.

• Update Oliver Valves and Oliver Twinsafe qualification register based on latest R&D testing.

Responsibilities :

• To create and update Technical Review of Industry Standards and Client Technical Specification.

• Assist Sales on Technical Support for Technical clarifications on Oliver Valves and Oliver Twinsafe products.

• Assist Sales on any technical clarification meeting with the Client.

• Successful completion of costing BOM without new drawing sketches/modifications.

• Assist Engineering to update latest qualification product range and advise of any new qualification required through a new development objectives based on industry market demands.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of working experience in Ball Valve (Floating ball & Trunnion Mounted Ball) or DBB Valve manufacturing company.

• Knowledge of Valve designs (typically floating ball & trunnion mounted ball valve DBB valves or needle valves are preferred) or pressure systems would be a distinct advantage.

• Familiarity of major end user specifications (e.g. Shell BP Saudi Aramco Total etc.) would be a distinct advantage.

• Knowledge of API 6D API 6A API 6DSS API 17D ASME B16.34 ISO 17292 EEMUA IOGP S562 IOGP S563 MESC SPE standards
