1. Exemplary Instruction: Delivering high-challenge Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE Triple and Combined Science) with opportunities for A-Level instruction in your specialist discipline.

2. Practical Mastery: Leading sophisticated laboratory investigationsfrom examining cellular structures to investigating chemical kineticsensuring students develop precise technical and analytical skills.

3. Conceptual Clarity: Demystifying abstract and complex theories including the mechanics of inheritance the nuances of the periodic table and the fundamental laws of energy transfer.

4. Data-Driven Success: Utilising the academys robust assessment framework to provide granular feedback ensuring students are equipped to meet the high-level demands of terminal examinations.

5. STEM Advocacy: Coordinating school-wide initiatives such as astronomy clubs or regional engineering challenges to foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and professional ambition.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject authority who views Science as the key to solving the worlds most pressing technological and environmental challenges. Requirements include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in a Science discipline (Biology Chemistry or Physics).

• Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering exceptional learning outcomes at GCSE with a deep understanding of AQA or OCR assessment objectives.

• Instructional Precision: The ability to explain complex scientific laws with clarity making the abstract tangible for students of all abilities.
