Location: Remote in the UK with ad-hoc travel to London

Were supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale complex transformations throughout the UK.

Youll support programme and project delivery across the full Data Value Office (DVO) portfolio ensuring effective coordination governance and execution across multiple workstreams. Drive alignment between data teams establish consistent planning and reporting practices and contribute to the development of the future operating model for DVO delivery.

Tasks

• Crossworkstream coordination across the 5 pillars of the Data Value Office
• Define and manage plans including milestones timelines dependencies risks and issues
• Establish and drive structured delivery governance and cadence across all DVO initiatives
• Support the DVO leadership team in designing the operating model for how delivery will be organised tracked and run across R&D
• Facilitate communication and alignment across technical scientific and product teams
• Ensure consistent progress tracking and stakeholder reporting across the DVO portfolio

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• Strong project and programme management background (ideally data or technical environments)
• Experience working with in the data governance and data management ecosystem
• Experience coordinating teams with mixed profiles (consultants developers SMEs prototype builders)
• Nice to have: 2 years experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals
