SAP Cloud ALM Consultant

A growing international SAP consulting business is looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to take ownership of a newly created role within their Hungarian team.

This is a strategic position where you will become the go-to expert for SAP Cloud ALM helping shape the companys cloud operations capabilities while coaching and enabling existing SAP consultants in this evolving area.

About the Role

The focus is on operations monitoring service management and operational transparency across SAP landscapes.

You will be responsible for the operational use administration and continuous improvement of SAP Cloud ALM as a central monitoring and service platform.

Tasks

Operating and administering SAP Cloud ALM

Monitoring alerting and operational transparency

Incident & problem management support

Dashboard KPI and reporting creation

Integration into SAP operations and ITSM processes

Defining operational processes and runbooks

Coaching and enabling internal colleagues on Cloud ALM topics

Requirements

Experience with SAP Cloud ALM SAP operations or monitoring environments

Understanding of SAP landscapes (on-premise cloud hybrid)

Service-oriented and analytical mindset

Strong English communication skills

German is nice to have but not required
