We are currently looking for empathetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Student Success Coaches. This is a flexible remote role focused on supporting students not only with their studies but also with motivation organisation and personal growth.
As a Student Success Coach you will help students manage academic stress improve focus and develop effective study habits through supportive online sessions.
Aufgaben
- Support students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals
- Teach study skills time management and motivation techniques
- Encourage confidence resilience and positive learning habits
- Provide a safe and supportive space for students to discuss challenges
Qualifikation
- No formal coaching experience required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Interest in education wellbeing and personal development
- Friendly patient and supportive attitude
- Reliable internet connection for online sessions
