Role: Data Test Manager

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid role 3 days/week)

Job Description:

Strategy Planning Define overall test approaches methodologies and test plans for projects and programs
Team Leadership Lead mentor and build QA teams managing both onshore and offshore resources
Defect Management Implement structured defect reporting tracking and resolution processes
Risk Management Identify testing risks slippage and develop mitigation strategies
Reporting Prepare and communicate regular test progress metrics and quality status to stakeholders
Automation Promote and implement automation tools and frameworks to increase efficiency
Mandatory Skills : Data Testing ETL Concepts MDM Conceptual PowerBI
