We are hiring for the role of Senior Project Leader - OCM Administrator. Below are the key details:

This role serves as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator supporting IT-focused work efforts. The position drives change engagement readiness and adoption strategies across enterprise IT projects including system implementations cloud migrations cybersecurity initiatives software development projects and digital transformation efforts. Work is performed under the direction of the Strategic Program Services Section Manager and IT Leadership.

• Serve as the OCM workstream lead for IT projects; liaise with workstream counterparts to ensure integration and deliver OCM information relating to scope budget risk and resources

• Coordinate OCM tasks activities and assignments; monitor daily work efforts; perform quality review of work products; provide status reports; escalate issues appropriately

• Coordinate the development and completion of OCM-related project material

• Review and provide constructive feedback on all OCM deliverables; confirm alignment with preceding dependent and succeeding deliverables across workstreams

• Ensure all OCM deliverables meet acceptance criteria are delivered on time within budget and to high quality standards

• Track key project milestones for all projects with an OCM component

• Assist in identifying prioritizing and communicating opportunities for OCM to achieve project goals

• Participate in and/or facilitate OCM workstream meetings workshops and implementation activities

• Tailor change strategies to the unique people process and technology impacts of each IT project type

• Collaborate with IT project managers solution architects and technical teams to assess organizational impact and develop stakeholder engagement communication and training plans

• Develop and maintain IT-specific OCM artifacts: change impact assessments stakeholder analyses readiness assessments resistance management plans and post-implementation sustainment plans

• 3 5 years of business/industry work experience; 1 3 years of project/program leadership or change management experience

• Knowledge of PMBOK principles methods practices tools and techniques

• Knowledge of Change Management practices and assessment/analytical processes

• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional theories

• Skill in strategic planning program development and project management

• Skill in researching compiling and analyzing data to report findings and recommend solutions

• Skill in providing presentations consultation services and training programs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint)

• Skill in overseeing change management activities across multiple enterprise-level projects and initiatives

• Ability to plan coordinate prioritize and manage complex work assignments and schedules

• Ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings workshops and conferences

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to coordinate and manage projects and resources from a high level including cost work and vendor performance

• Strong communication customer service decision making flexibility interpersonal leadership problem solving and team-building competencies

Bachelors Degree in Communications Marketing Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
