Job Title: Business Analyst (Actimize)

Job Summary:
Business Analyst SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) Business Analyst SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring)
Role Purpose:
Act as the bridge between compliance SMEs and technology teams to design validate and optimize Actimize SAM scenarios for effective AML monitoring.
Key Responsibilities

Requirement gathering: Engage compliance and risk stakeholders to capture monitoring needs and typologies.

Scenario design: Translate suspicious activity typologies into Actimize SAM detection logic.

Alert tuning: Optimize thresholds to balance false positives and regulatory coverage.

Data validation: Profile and validate transaction data feeds to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Testing support: Assist in SIT/UAT cycles validate scenario outputs against compliance expectations.

Documentation: Maintain BRDs functional specs scenario libraries and audit logs.

Stakeholder communication: Present findings and tuning results in executive ready formats.
Skills & Qualifications

AML domain expertise: Strong knowledge of FATF BSA EU AML directives and typologies.

Actimize SAM knowledge: Hands-on experience with scenario configuration and tuning.

Data analysis: SQL proficiency data profiling and statistical analysis.

Documentation skills: Ability to produce clear BRDs functional specs and audit ready artifacts.

Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset stakeholder management and communication.
