Title : Business Analyst Advanced (Hybrid)
Duration : 6-12 Month
Location : 2 days remote 3 days onsite in Tallahassee FL (relocation yes)
Job Description:
MUST have- Someone who has PALM experience or past State of FL experienced candidates only
PALM- The Florida PALM Project is an enterprise project to replace the State of Floridas legacy accounting payroll information warehouse and cash management systems using an enterprise resource planning solution. The replacement of the cash management systems known as the CMS Wave was completed in July 2021. The next major implementation the Financials Payroll and Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Wave is currently underway and scheduled for Go-Live in January 2027. The Department of Financial Services is leading this statewide initiative which impacts stakeholders and users of the States financial data including all State agencies.
- Candidate must have:
- Minimum 6 years of Business Analysis and QA experience
- Experience with workflow automation HR systems or government applications
- Agile/SCRUM experience
- Strong documentation UAT backlog management and stakeholder communication skills
- Preferred experience:
- Azure DevOps
- State government HR/payroll systems
- QA/testing methodologies
