Job Title: Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager (BRM) - Remote

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst and Business Relationship Manager you will bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements analyzing processes and ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT solutions. You will play a key role in facilitating communication supporting Agile delivery and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders external partners and IT teams.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and resolve issues effectively.
• Support Agile activities including backlog refinement sprint planning and requirements tracking.
• Coordinate project tasks status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate meetings workshops and collaborative sessions across teams.
• Assist with testing by validating requirements and executing test scenarios.
• Document and maintain project and operational artifacts throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst BRM or similar role.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Hands on experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar backlog and work management tools.
• Strong understanding of process mapping workflow documentation and requirements traceability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross functional technical and business teams.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
