Department: Logistics / Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Store In-charge

Job Summary

We are looking for a physically fit and organized Store Helper to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods organizing inventory and ensuring the store remains clean and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

Loading & Unloading: Safely unload incoming shipments and load outgoing delivery vehicles.
Inventory Organization: Assist in arranging stock on racks and shelves according to the store layout (FIFO/LIFO).
Picking & Packing: Prepare orders by picking items from the shelves and packing them securely for dispatch.
Material Handling: Move heavy items manually or using hand trucks/trolleys.
Stock Verification: Assist the Store In-charge in counting physical stock during monthly or weekly audits.
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness in the storage area and ensure aisles are free of obstructions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (ITI or Diploma preferred for technical stores).
Experience: 0 2 years in a warehouse manufacturing or retail environment.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long durations.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of Hindi/English (reading labels).
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
