What Youll Do

As Branch Manager youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while leading a team of drivers dispatchers and office personnel. Youll play a critical role in ensuring operations run safely efficiently and in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing branch employees
• Managing schedules staffing and operational coverage
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ensuring compliance with safety licensing and company requirements
• Monitoring branch performance budgets and KPIs
• Coaching and mentoring employees through ongoing evaluations and development
• Supporting investigations documentation and performance management
• Helping identify business growth opportunities within the region
• Stepping in operationally when needed to support dispatch or driver coverage

Required Experience

• Maritime transportation experience OR leadership experience managing teams of 10 employees
• Experience with dispatching scheduling or transportation operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• TWIC card and valid Texas drivers license required
• Must be at least 24 years old

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time leadership role that requires flexibility including occasional evenings weekends and on-call availability based on operational needs. The role includes both office and field interaction in a dynamic maritime environment.
