About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist Direct Sales to join our Welshpool team.

As our directsales function continues to grow were looking for a motivated professional whoexcels in building strong customer relationships and delivering this role you will support both internal and external salesactivities across our specialist rental products services and associatedprojects. A solid understanding of water and watermanagement solutions will beessential. If you are driven organised and ready to advance your salescareer we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professionalrelationships with key customer decisionmakers aiming to secure longtermsupply agreements.
  • Provide prompt courteous and solutionsfocusedservice to internal and external customers upholding NPEs professionalreputation.
  • Develop and execute strategies that position NPE asthe preferred partner for targeted clients and market segments.
  • Establish effective processes to gather and analysemarket intelligence including customer trends and competitor activity.
  • Drive proactive engagement with clients to ensure NPE remains their first point of contact
    • Manage timelines and coordinate effectively to meetinstallation and delivery deadlines.
    • Foster productive working relationships withcolleagues managers and internal stakeholders across the business.
    • Prepare quotes process purchase orders andsupport financial documentation to ensure accurate tracking of quotations andsales. Actively promote NPEs products and services toexpand the customer base and grow internal sales revenue.
    • Review requisition orders to ensure terminologyspecifications and details are correct.
    • Prepare and distribute purchase orders to suppliersand relevant departments as required.
    • Work collaboratively with stores personnel tomaintain optimal inventory levels considering the full sales lifecycleinvoicing and payment tracking.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service andconsistently represent the NPE brand with professionalism.

    Key Competencies:

    Essential

    • Proven experience in sales procurement accountmanagement or business development ideally within rental heavy industry orresources environments.
    • Strong understanding of pumps generatorscompressors or comparable technical equipment with the ability to transferrelevant product knowledge.
    • Advanced negotiation and influencing abilitiesdemonstrated through previous roles.
    • Excellent verbal written and interpersonalcommunication skills.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MicrosoftWord Excel and Outlook paired with solid financial and commercial acumen.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to workindependently with minimal supervision.
