Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer
(Supervisor position)
Position Objective
Ensure the companys compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations by implementing supervising and reporting activities in accordance with applicable laws.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies procedures and internal control mechanisms related to AML/CFT.
- Monitor transactions and identify activities that may indicate money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Report suspicious transactions to the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF).
- Conduct employee training on AML/CFT topics.
- Collaborate with supervisory authorities and internal/external auditors.
- Regularly report to the management board on compliance status and AML/CFT risks.
- Assess risks related to clients products and distribution channels.
- Responsible to the competent legal authorities for any violations of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regulations.

- Higher education (preferred fields: law economics finance security).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance AML/CFT or audit.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and guidelines from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF) and EBA.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to analyze risk and make decisions.
- High professional ethics and ability to work under pressure.
- Recommended certifications for: CAMS ICA CFE.*
