Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced FIS IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager to support reconciliation platforms within a financial services environment. This role focuses on designing and maintaining reconciliation models managing high-volume financial data and ensuring data accuracy across complex trading operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in FICC (Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities) products along with hands-on experience in IntelliMatch configuration SQL development and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Development
- Design build and maintain reconciliation models within FIS IntelliMatch/Data Integrity Manager
- Configure matching rules and workflows to support complex financial transactions
- Enhance reconciliation processes for efficiency and accuracy
FICC Domain Expertise
- Manage high-volume reconciliations for securities derivatives and cash transactions
- Support reconciliation of FICC trades and TMPG claims
- Ensure alignment with trade lifecycle processes and financial controls
Technical Implementation
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries stored procedures and scripts
- Utilize PowerShell for automation and operational tasks
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and insights
Operational Support
- Provide 3rd line support for reconciliation and data integrity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to data discrepancies
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Upgrades & Enhancements
- Support system upgrades including ISO 20022 migration initiatives
- Leverage AI/automation features within IntelliMatch to improve matching efficiency
- Continuously identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 510 years of hands-on experience with FIS IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager
- Experience in financial services preferably within capital markets or banking
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL Server skills (queries stored procedures performance tuning)
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and Power BI reporting
Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of securities operations and trade lifecycle
- Experience working with FICC products (Fixed Income Currencies Commodities)
- Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and controls
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 20022 migration projects
- Exposure to AI-driven reconciliation or automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
