The Opportunity

For ourAbbott Electrophysiology Division EPwe are currently looking for a new professional to join our clinical support team in Greece as aField Technical Engineer.

This will be afield-based role requiring regular traveling across assigned territory (mainly Athens with regular support to Crete Patras and Thessaloniki).

Field Clinical Engineer provides accurate and timelytechnical information advice and assistance regarding the organizations products and services before during and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organizationscustomer relationships.

What Youll do:

  • Support customers inElectrophysiology proceduresusing Abbott EP system in the hospital EP labs.

  • Communicatewithcustomersandclients(viaemailphoneoronlinediscussionboards)toanswertheirenquiriesunderstandtheirtechnicalquestionassesstheirneedsandsuggestorpromotealternativeproductsorservices(forexampleIThardwareandsoftwareproductsfinancialserviceshealthservices).

  • Applyestablishedproceduresordevelopnewsolutionstosolvetechnicalproblemsthroughcasemanagementandfollow up on the status of outstanding cases.

  • Usedatabasesorothercomputerizedsystemstomaintainup-to date customer records to track the volume content and outcomes of enquiries receivedandtoaccessinformationchecklistsscriptsguidelinesandothermaterialsforrespondingtothecustomersenquiry.

Required qualifications & background:

  • University degree in asciencerelated field (biomedical engineering chemistry biology nursing radiotechnology or similar).

  • Ideally3-5 years of electrophysiology/cardiacrhythm management or equivalent clinical experience.

  • Cardiac anatomyandphysiologyknowledge would be considered as a strong asset.

  • Very good command ofEnglishandGreek(both written andspoken).

  • Strongproblem-solvingcapabilities and customer-focus.

  • Willingness to traveland ability to work autonomously.

  • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal.

  • Driving license B.
