Job Summary
BrightStar Careis looking for an experienced mature individual who is self-motivated & able to work with a team and independently.
Position: Able to work as a Home Health Aide & office work as a Customer Service Representative
Position Description: Personal Care & Support work in the field and Staffing & Recruiting work in the office
Note: Primary role will be in the office duties with the ability to fill-in field shifts if needed.
Hours: To Be Determined
This position will require the individual to learn and understand our companys digital software and other aspects of the daily operations. This position will have the ability for growth within the company and for the individuals to build the programs into a vital part ofBrightStar Care.
Key Roles for position: Computer efficient with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word. Able to learn & master BrightStars software system. Excellent Communication skills. Able to problem solve. Able to recruit interview and hire for programs. Able to schedule medical staff for Home Care visits. Ability to complete general clerical duties timely.
