Job Summary

The Supply Chain Digital Operations Project Manager will lead digital transformation initiatives to scale Andurils Supply Chain organization through strategic technology adoption automation and operational optimization. This role will own the end-to-end digital collaboration ecosystemincluding AI-powered knowledge management workflow automation and platform optimizationdriving projects that increase efficiency visibility and operational maturity across Supply Chain functions. The Digital Ops PM will identify innovation opportunities lead cross-functional implementation projects and build scalable digital infrastructure that supports rapid organizational growth.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Own and evolve Supply Chains digital platform ecosystem leading initiatives to enhance workflows governance and scalability as the organization grows.
Deploy and manage AI agent solutions to consolidate Supply Chain knowledge bases automate FAQs process documentation and operational guidance reducing repetitive inquiries and improving self-service capabilities.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and visibility across Supply Chain functions.
Design and implement optimized request intake and workflow tracking systems managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
Lead change management training and communications strategies to drive adoption of new digital tools and workflows across the Supply Chain organization.
Partner cross-functionally with IT Business Systems and other stakeholders to ensure platform integrations and technical requirements align with organizational needs.
Monitor platform performance user feedback and operational metrics to proactively identify improvement opportunities and manage continuous optimization projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Information Systems or related field.
5 years of project/program management experience leading complex cross-functional digital transformation or operational improvement initiatives from ideation through delivery and scaling.
Strong experience with digital collaboration platforms (JIRA Slack SharePoint) and process optimization methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to identify automation opportunities and lead technology adoption initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and change leadership skills.
Data-driven approach to identifying problems evaluating solutions and measuring project success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Hands-on experience implementing AI agents chatbots or knowledge management automation tools.
Certification or working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Agile).
Understanding of supply chain operations and workflows.
Proven ability to establish digital governance frameworks and scale platforms across growing organizations.
Thrives in high-growth or startup environments with ambiguity and rapid change.

US Salary Range

$146000 - $194000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andurils total compensation package.
