The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $76500 - $112200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What you will do in this role:

• Ensure Finance has clean reliable and well-governed data to support analytics and AI initiatives
• Bridge fragmented Dematic data sources into unified actionable datasets
• Develop build and maintain data pipelines from enterprise systems including SAP Salesforce global cost book and other proprietary data sources
• Implement and ensure the integrity of data quality checks monitoring and validation processes
• Build enhance and maintain analytics dashboards for Finance team members using Power Apps
• Translate Finance reporting and analytical requirements into structured datasets and visual insights
• Partner with an AI/ML engineer to deliver curated model-ready datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning use cases
• Document data definitions business logic and pipeline processes to ensure consistency and clarity

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Finance Accounting Economics Information Systems Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years proven experience in data analytics reporting data engineering or a related role (internships co-ops or academic projects included)
• Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI or a similar BI tool
• Strong data validation problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to Finance and non-technical partners
• Exposure to SAP or Salesforce data structures preferred
• Basic experience with ETL / data pipeline development preferred
• Familiarity with Python or similar tools for data transformation preferred
• Understanding of Finance concepts such as cost structures reporting or forecasting preferred
• Exposure to AI machine learning or sophisticated analytics projects is strongly preferred
