Job Summary

Youll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident-centred care across a range of aged care services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
- Delivering rehabilitation falls prevention and mobility programs
- Collaborating with nursing lifestyle and care staff to support resident wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards
About You:
- Degree-qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care or rehabilitation (highly regarded)
- Passionate about working with older adults
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
