Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive top-of-the-funnel growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers generating leads and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling email outreach LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Understand customer pain points and communicate Doqfys value proposition effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
