Job Summary

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Real Estate IndustryJob Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to lead the overall finance function of the organization. The role involves driving financial strategy capital structuring fundraising budgeting cash flow management compliance and profitability across real estate projects and business operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth  budgeting forecasting project cost control and financial  cash flow liquidity working capital and capital  fundraising banking relationships investor relations and IPO  financial reporting taxation audits and regulatory compliance including GST Income Tax and  risk management internal controls and governance  ERP implementation finance automation and digital transformation  M&A business valuation project viability analysis and strategic investment  financial insights and Board-level MIS for  and mentor the finance and accounts  RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic background.18–25 years of experience in finance leadership  must currently be working as a CFO / Group CFO or should have held a CFO position for at least 2–3  experience in Real Estate Infrastructure Construction or Consulting sectors  expertise in:Financial Planning & BudgetingFundraising & Treasury ManagementCash Flow & Working Capital ManagementFinancial Reporting & ComplianceTaxation & Audit CoordinationRisk Management & Internal ControlsERP & Financial DigitalizationCost Optimization & Profitability AnalysisStrong leadership stakeholder management and strategic decision-making  managing relationships with banks investors auditors and regulatory bodies preferred. salary upto 60 lpa.
