Key Responsibilities
* Drive individual sales targets and business development activities
* Generate leads through direct sales activities tele-calling and field visits
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Promote life insurance products and achieve business targets
* Coordinate with branch and regional teams for business growth
* Ensure excellent customer service and policy conversion
* Maintain regular follow-ups and client servicing
* Identify new market opportunities for business expansion
