The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst (Level 4 or 5) to join our 787 Mid Body Assembly team in North Charleston South Carolina.
This role provides leadership & support to our Mid Body executive and senior leadership team to streamline & enhance business operations team priorities and rate readiness plans.
Position Responsibilities:
Support future rate breaks and business strategy plans
Collaborate and act as liaison between all support functions & other organizations
Partner with executive and senior leadership team to support Strategy and Integration across the team; apply and make recommendations
Influence negotiate and act as a change agent; lead transition into actionable business strategy by understanding policies strategic direction and strategic initiatives
Highly integrated in future planning for LRBP (long range business plans)
Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives; serve as subject matter expert to improve the existing business architecture
Lead opportunities to eliminate consolidate and simplify processes
Demonstrate knowledge and use of Project Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools
Use detailed knowledge of business operations team priorities and rate readiness plans to effectively support leadership
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and conditions
Work with sensitive information and safeguard confidential information; use various software tools and system applications
Enhance and help build deeper team cohesiveness capabilities best practices and resources
Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors for the team
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience leading project teams
5 years of experience developing executive level presentations
5 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Word)
3 years of experience developing and leading business strategy
Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting
Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders & executives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
10 years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
10 years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Critical thinking professional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Conflict of Interest:
