Job Summary
The Role:
ThePaid Performance Marketing Specialistis responsible for leading the strategy execution oversight and performance accountability of paid media across all regions for both B2C and B2B audiences.
This role ensures that our paid advertising investment drives measurable growth in customer acquisition revenue and pipeline. Working closely with external paid media agencies this role will define strategy set clear performance targets and maintain rigorous reporting frameworks to ensure campaigns are continuously optimized and aligned with business objectives.
Internally the role acts as the central conduit between marketing sales and ecommerce teams coordinating campaign priorities aligning messaging and ensuring all required creative assets and content are delivered to support campaign execution.
This position requires strong analytical thinking strategic oversight of performance marketing channels and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across global teams.
This is a full-time position and we are open to candidates across Australia who are comfortable working fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee the global paid performance marketing strategy across B2C and B2B audiences.
- Define channel strategy across platforms such as Google Meta LinkedIn YouTube and other performance channels.
- Allocate and optimise budgets across markets and channels to maximise return on advertising spend.
- Align paid media strategy with marketing campaigns ecommerce initiatives and sales priorities.
Agency Management & Performance Accountability
- Serve as the primary internal lead managing paid media agency partners.
- Set clear campaign objectives KPIs and optimisation targets.
- Lead regular performance reviews with agencies and ensure optimisation roadmaps are executed.
- Hold agency partners accountable for campaign performance reporting transparency and budget efficiency.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Establish and maintain paid media reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into optimisation strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and performance insights to marketing sales and executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency conversion rates and customer acquisition outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing sales ecommerce and regional teams.
- Ensure paid campaigns support product launches promotions and commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with ecommerce teams to optimise landing pages funnels and conversion performance.
- Partner with B2B sales and marketing teams to support pipeline generation.
Campaign Enablement & Asset Coordination
- Coordinate internally to ensure agencies receive required creative assets messaging landing pages and campaign briefs.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaign content aligns with performance objectives.
- Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and are fully supported by the required marketing assets.
Continuous Optimisation & Testing
- Drive ongoing experimentation across channels targeting strategies and creative formats.
- Identify new paid media opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Ensure testing insights are captured and used to inform future strategy.
