Job Summary

Position: Clinical Psychologist

Status:Full-Time Permanent Employee

  • Treatment Services:Remote options available


Compensation:

  • Employee:$49.09/hour (or $95725.50 annually) to$60.00/hour (or $117000 annually) comprehensive benefits bonus program (Compensation will be based on education experience skills and internal equity)

What Were Looking For

We are seekingRegistered Psychologistswho bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based care. Ideally candidates will havetwo or more years of clinical experienceand training in trauma-focused modalities such as:

  • Prolonged Exposure (PE)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)


If you are new to trauma-focused work but passionate about supporting clients with psychological injuries we will providespecialized trainingmentorship and an opportunity to grow your expertise within a collaborative learning environment.

Registration with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia is required.


What You Will Do

In this role you will:

  • Conduct intake interviews and psychological assessments
  • Develop and deliver individualized return-to-work treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based intervention to support recovery
  • Prepare clinical reports
  • Communicate with stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists Clinical Counsellors and Kinesiologists
