Job Summary

The Shared Services Coordinator plays a critical role in providing finance administration support while coordinating day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance support
  • Office support and facilities management
  • Travel and accommodation coordination
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding support
  • Fleet management and fuel reconciliations

The Basic Requirements:

  • Prior experience within a finance admin role or administrative role with a focus on finance support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
  • Experience with travel and accommodation booking and coordination
  • Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Can do attitude

The Highly Regarded:

  • Experience with Xero and Dext
  • Experience working within a Shared Services model
  • Experience in an office coordination
  • Experience with procurement processes
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes
  • Experience with fleet management
