The Shared Services Coordinator plays a critical role in providing finance administration support while coordinating day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance support
- Office support and facilities management
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Employee onboarding and offboarding support
- Fleet management and fuel reconciliations
The Basic Requirements:
- Prior experience within a finance admin role or administrative role with a focus on finance support
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
- Experience with travel and accommodation booking and coordination
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
- Can do attitude
The Highly Regarded:
- Experience with Xero and Dext
- Experience working within a Shared Services model
- Experience in an office coordination
- Experience with procurement processes
- Knowledge of purchasing processes
- Experience with fleet management
