We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team reporting to the Associate Creative Director. The Graphic Designer is an emerging creative thinker with a solid production skillset across a range of design projects. This role will work across print and digital with a working knowledge of HTML and motion-aware thinking. The Graphic Designer will contribute to broader brand experiences including in-venue and environmental design and will also support pre-production and creative development for photo and video shoots.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Lead develop and execute design solutions for Tier 2 (tactically important) projects across all our brands and channels
Support Tier 1 (strategically important) projects translating direction from the Executive Creative Director Associate Creative Director and Senior Designer into strong visual executions for all brands
Design and build brand assets (logos layouts templates and foundational elements) across marketing and in-venue applications
Support pre-production and shoot development including deck building asset sourcing and research
Support Tier 3 (production) projects as needed
What You Will Need:
Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related field
Registered Graphic Designer designation is an asset
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Creative suite
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house team
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with ability to deliver high-quality final-ready assets across diverse formats
Emerging conceptual thinker with the ability to contribute ideas and support concept development
Solid foundation in typography layout and visual hierarchy with high attention to detail and production accuracy
Ability to listen and interpret feedback and come up with creative solutions
Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines working in a fast-paced iterative environment
