Position Title

Project Manager IGTD (NPI & Downstream Marketing)

Role Purpose

Drive IGTD business growth in China by leading cross-functional projects on new product introduction (NPI) and downstream marketing programs execution while optimizing processes to improve launch speed and marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Lead end-to-end project management of IGTD product RfD in China
• Coordinate with RA / QA / ISC /BU to ensure readiness
• Drive key milestones:
  • registration alignment
  • local labeling readiness
  • supply readiness (e.g. 12NC / SAP)

2. Downstream Marketing Project Execution

• Work closely with sales and enabling team to optimize the execution of marketing projects including:
  • product launch campaigns
  • clinical adoption programs
  • key account engagement projects

3. Cross-functional Project Management

• Manage 25 concurrent cross-functional projects
• Define & manage: scope / timeline / resource / budget / risk
• Use structured project management tools: Gantt / RACI / project tracker etc.

4. Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies in product RfD marketing event process and cross-team collaboration
• Design and implement improvements to shorten product leading time improve execution efficiency and enhance cross-team alignment

5. Business & Strategy Support

• Provide project updates to leadership (progress / risk / milestone)
• Support business case development market initiatives planning portfolio execution and etc.

Qualification

• 3 years project management experience
• Strong cross-functional coordination capability
• Experience in commercial / marketing / product-related projects

• Experience in:
  • medical devices / healthcare
  • NPI or product launch
  • downstream marketing
• PMP certificate is a plus

• Strong in:
  • stakeholder management
  • problem solving
  • execution & ownership

• English working proficiency

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
