Role Overview

Our Caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living and other support services to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. The Stellar approach is rooted in kindness compassion professionalism and respect for every residents dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond promptly to resident calls and determine the best way to assist
• Support residents with mobility comfort and emotional well-being
• Ensure residents receive meals that align with dietary restrictions allergies and preferences
• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with team members residents and families

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certification required
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Food Handlers Card
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current 2-Step TB test or TB T-Spot
• Verifiable professional references
