The territory for this positionprimarilycovers Louisville KY. The ideal candidate wouldresidewithin the territory.
Job Responsibilities:
Educateinstructand upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
Function as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
Provideongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
Ensure customer retention byprovidingsuperior customer service
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
Provideaccount management forclientsday to day operations
Upsellcurrent book of business to increase organic growth
Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business
Continuouslyprovideeducational material to the client base
Resolve any customer related issuesin a timely manner
Meet and exceed monthly retentionand upsell goals on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications:
High school or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
2 or more yearsoutside sales experience or account managementin healthcare
Current or prior Labcorp experience
Additional Job Standards:
Salesforce experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel overnight as needed
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
