What Youll Be Doing:
As Store Manager youll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre stores in West Melbourne leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style youll work hands-on with a close-knit passionate team to drive sales promote our market-leading paint and product range and deliver strong sales results.

What Were Looking for:
- Lead and manage retail teams through strong hands-on communication working both in and on the business to deliver business plans and key initiatives.
- Drive store performance through coaching engagement and empowerment to achieve operational and commercial outcomes.
- Manage store budgets KPIs and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficient operations.
- Champion outstanding customer service by embedding a customer-first mindset across the team.
- Promote a proactive safety-first culture with a strong focus on health wellbeing and compliance
