About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivatedSales Specialist with a strong technical and operational understanding to joinour Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role managing and leveragingexisting client relationships and identifying opportunities with new clients toincrease sales capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop professional and long-term business relationshipswith key customer decision makers
Ensure prompt & courteous service to meet the needs ofboth internal & external customers
Master in-depth product and technical knowledge
Identify and implement tailored sales strategies thatestablish NPE as the preferred supplier to our target market
Develop and maintain effective systems to capture &monitor market intelligence customer trends and competitor activity
Meet delivery deadlines to achieve installationdates/deadlines
Prepare quotes for client enquiries purchase orderreceipting and other financial activities to accurately record quotations andactual sales data
Respond to internal customer and external supplierinquiries about order status changes or cancellations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders toboth secure and deliver our specialist rental services and associated projectsin a timely safe and profitable manner
Skills and Experience (Essential):
5 years in the hire industry as a Sales/BusinessDevelopment Manager position within rental heavy industry or resources
Existing client base or contracts would be consideredadvantageous
Demonstrated experience in contract management
Knowledge of equipment and plant range of pumpsgenerators or compressors (or similar transferrable product knowledge)
Exceptional communication negotiation and influencingskills
Proven ability to manage outcomes and expectations withsenior business leaders and key stakeholders maintaining strong professionalrelationships
Results driven solutions focused and highly organisedwith a strong analytical capability
Ability to adapt learn quickly and deliver underpressure to meet deadlines
