ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at either our Brisbane Head Office or Melbourne office you will be part of a collaborative high-performing national team dedicated to delivering superior customer solutions.
As the Business Development Specialist you will focus exclusively on Immunology representing flagship product lines and building strong meaningful partnerships with key customers across Australia. A core focus will be delivering automation solutions that drive workflow efficiency and tangible value for your customers.
This is a national role with regular travel to partner with customers attend industry events andcollaborate with suppliers.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Grow revenue and market share for Immunology solutions and automation across Australia.
- Develop new market opportunities for emerging products and services.
- Build and nurture strong customer networks including Key Opinion Leaders and major laboratories.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives and visit both existing and prospective customers nationwide.
- Deliver impactful business development sales and technical presentations.
- Travel nationally each month to meet customers conduct workflow assessments and attend industry events.
- Participate in commercial meetings national training programs and cross-functional planning activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce and complete monthly reporting.
- Provide product demonstrations and support evaluation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the broader commercial and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business alignment.
- Share market intelligence contribute to installation planning and recommend improvements or new business initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
Youll thrive in this role if you have:
- Qualifications in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Relevant diagnostic laboratory or industry experience.
- Strong relationshipbuilding communication and project management skills.
- A proactive selfmotivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for advancing laboratory solutions and improving patient outcomes.
