Job Summary
- Contributing to the design engineering and implementation of on-premises Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions including Multi-Domain Active Directory with PKI and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Providing subject matter expertise in the development of new Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions
- Maintaining the digital infrastructure environment including Active Directory GPO maintenance end-user computing image creation and application deployment and maintenance
- Managing and resolving Microsoft Enterprise Application incident tickets in a 3rd-line support capacity
- Troubleshooting and investigating application errors malfunctions and related technical issues.
What do you need to succeed in this position
- University degree and at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Enterprise Applications Operations
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 end-user computing environments
- Experience with ITSM frameworks with ITIL Foundation certification considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Configuration Manager endpoint security Identity and Access Management (IAM) Active Directory and SCCM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support continuous service improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and communicate fluently in English
