Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ACORD / DTCC Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Life & Annuity insurance standards retirement industry transaction processing and straight-through processing (STP). The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience working with ACORD XML/JSON standards DTCC Insurance & Retirement Services (IRS) and annuity transaction workflows across enterprise insurance platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders insurance carriers retirement service providers and technology teams to design implement and support secure scalable and compliant integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and support integrations using ACORD XML and JSON standards for Life & Annuity insurance systems
• Work extensively with ACORD transaction sets including:
  • ACORD 103
  • ACORD 121
  • ACORD 125
  • ACORD 815
• Implement and support DTCC Insurance & Retirement Services (IRS) integrations
• Manage annuity transaction processing and Straight-Through Processing (STP) workflows
• Develop mappings validations and transformation logic for insurance data exchanges
• Integrate carrier platforms policy administration systems retirement systems and third-party applications
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical integration specifications
• Troubleshoot transaction failures reconciliation issues and interface defects
• Ensure compliance with retirement industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in system testing UAT support production deployment and post-production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts architects QA teams and external vendors
• Prepare technical documentation interface specifications and support documents

• Experience in annuity processing and Straight-Through Processing (STP)
• Knowledge of Retirement Industry standards and IRI data models
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance and Annuity business processes
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies and APIs
• Expertise in XML XSD JSON SOAP REST APIs and message transformation
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft Dell Boomi IBM Integration Bus TIBCO or similar
• Understanding of data mapping validation and reconciliation processes
