Job Overview:

Werelooking for a talented Social Media Manager who willbe responsible foroverseeing and executingNinja Kitchenssocial media strategy across various platforms. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness drive engagement and generate sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends analytics and best practices with a proventrack recordof creating and managing successful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development:

• Develop implement and manage our social media strategy.

• Definesuccess againstthe most important social media KPIs.

• Collaborate with marketing sales and product development teams.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality engaging content for all social media platforms including text imagesandvideos.

• Coordinate withcontent creatorsmarketing partners and other team members to ensure content consistency and brand voice.

• Campaign Launches

• Plan and execute social campaigns/new product launches including organic influencer and paid channelsto drive traffic engagement and conversions.

• Monitor andoptimizecampaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track analyze and report on key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.

• Use insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as marketing PR and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend reach and drive engagement.

• Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior social media team members and interns.

• Provide training and support to ensure team members stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications Business ora relatedfield.

• 4yrsofwork experiencein Social Media Management with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

• Proventrack recordof successful social media campaigns

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms organic and paid best practices.

• Influencer Management and activation experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in managing and mentoring a team

• Comfortable with fast-paceand agile work environment.
