Position Overview:
This position is responsible for serving as a Business Analyst and Business Relationship Manager (BRM) supporting business and technology initiatives through requirements gathering process analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with IT solutions while supporting Agile delivery SDLC activities and operational process improvements.
Duties:
- Gather analyze and document business functional and technical requirements
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements workflows and user stories
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders external partners and internal IT teams
- Serve as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to maintain alignment manage expectations and support issue resolution across teams
- Support Agile project delivery activities including backlog refinement sprint planning Agile ceremonies and requirements traceability
- Perform project coordination activities such as tracking project progress monitoring deliverables and supporting status reporting
- Coordinate meetings workshops and work sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Escalate project risks blockers and scope concerns as needed
- Assist with testing and validation activities by reviewing requirements executing test scenarios and confirming solutions meet business expectations
- Develop and maintain project workflow and operational documentation
- Support backlog management workflow tracking and process mapping activities using Azure DevOps and similar tools
- Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst (BA) Business Relationship Manager (BRM) Project Coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience gathering analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements
- Experience supporting Agile teams and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management and tracking tools
- Familiarity with testing coordination User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation support activities
