About the Role

As Sales Manager youll:

Lead mentor and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial print branded merchandise procurement services and marketing sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring excellence in service and delivery.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
