Job Summary
Job Description
工作內容:- 訂單管理與流程優化 * 負責接收並確認客戶訂單 * 溝通業務 行銷及物流以順利滿足客戶需求 * 優化訂單處理流程提升作業效率 條件: - 精熟電腦操作及Excel進階功能熟Access
- 客戶服務及諮詢窗口出貨異常管理
* 與客戶及物流溝通協調訂單的細節事宜
* 跟進訂單的完成情形使出貨得以順利進行
- 配合各類Supply Chain専案進行
* 協助或負責客戶各項需求變更専案
* 公司內流程改善或系統改善升級
- 周末及假日需配合輪班
平日需輪值二班制 (早班: 8:00am 正常班: 9:00am)
- 具SAP操作經驗及FMCG產業經驗者優先考慮
- 具VB Power Automat 等programing能力佳
- FMCG產業經驗者優先考慮
- 具細心耐心善於溝通及樂於團隊合作的人格特質熟悉網路操作與物流作業
- 閩南語應對流利
- 英文聽說讀寫佳
