Where Youll Make a Difference

• Perform a variety of standardized laboratory tests to support quality assurance research and development activities
• Support creative flavorists with compounding and preparation of flavor samples
• Maintain the creative laboratory environment including stock control and material replenishment
• Ensure effective communication with flavorists and internal partners to support project needs
• Assist in preparing and organizing materials for product development and application testing
• Support simple evaluations in basic matrices following established procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory activities and results
• Contribute to a clean safe and compliant laboratory environment

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology Chemistry or a related field
• Basic understanding of laboratory practices and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organized way
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
